Led by Richard Glover this workshop provides an exciting opportunity for photographers of all abilities and experience to fine tune technique whilst developing a personal photographic vision in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Through lectures, assignments, critiques and demonstrations you can explore the wonders of Bali whilst improving your photography skills, appreciation and understanding.
Fundamental photography considerations such as composition, light, form & movement will be examined and narrative & series development will be explored and practiced. All genres of photography will be covered: landscapes, architecture, people and portraiture, nature, culture.
Participants will learn by making photographs, by attempting new approaches and techniques and by observing what works and what doesn’t. Your photography will develop markedly by watching and learning from other participants and being guided by an experienced tutor whilst enjoying the delights of this visually arresting environment.
Richard Glover has been a professional photographer and educator for over 25 years. He has a Master of Fine Arts from the College of Fine Arts, UNSW.
